Welcome from the Starlite Costumes department for 2011!!

This year, things will be a little different to that in the past. Please see following how it is going to work:

CO-ORDINATING & FINANCE
I will be co-ordinating the costumes for 2011, as well as looking after the money side of things. Therefore, all payments for costumes and Starlite/dancewear orders will go through me.
Payments will only be accepted by direct deposit, either via online banking, or at your nearest Heritage Building Society Branch. These bank account details are:

COSTUMES TEAM
Some beautiful Mums took on the task to help our students look fabulous at our concert in 2010. We are hoping that these lovely Mums from 2010, plus other interested parents, may be available to make up our Starlite Costumes Team. If you are interested please contact me.

INSTALMENTS AND COSTS
$20 per student per term, non-refundable will be invoiced to each family in terms 1, 2 & 3. These instalments will be used to reduce your final costumes costs for the end of year concert.
Final costume costs for the end of year concert are expected to be calculated nearing the end of Term 3. This will give plenty of time for final balances to be paid by mid Term 4.

STARLITE & DANCEWEAR ORDERS
Orders for Starlite shirts and jackets, and the new pink/black studio leotard can be taken. Please see below the standard order form. Please note that all payments will need to be made directly into the costumes bank account shown above. Prices are set out on the order form. Please remember no orders will be filled unless payment has been received. Also, most orders will need to be placed in bulk, therefore, depending on the quantity of orders, your order may not be completed until the end of term, although we will try our best to get orders filled asap. Other Starlite/Dancewear orders may be available during the year. Please continue to use this same order form and contact me for prices, if needed.

Starlite Eisteddfod Team

Are you interested in being part of the “Starlite Dancers Eisteddfod Team”.
Extra Classes will be held on a Monday afternoon from 5.30pm.

The age of the competitor will be as at the 31st December 2010.
Please register before Thursday this week.
After your interest is shown, a newsletter will be emailed with the requirements of an eisteddfod team member.
