To some of you that know Joann, one of our Senior Dancers in Gatton , Joann is also a registered accountant.Her contact details will be advised.




For all enquiries regarding costumes for our End Of year Concert you will be able to contact Joann by email.Updated details of costumes and accounts will be given to students prior to the end of term 3.

Dance terms for 2010;Term 1 February 22nd to March 29th 6 weeks
Term 2 April 12th to June 21st 11 weeks Gatton / 8 weeks Esk
Term 3 July 12th to September 16th 10 weeks
Term 4 October 4th to December 4th 9 weeks

Concert Sunday 5th December

Compulsary Viewing performance is Sunday 17th October
1pm Esk & Gatton @2.30pm Gatton Shire Hall ,well groomed dance attire.

Compulsary Concert rehearsals;
Esk; Dress Rehearsal Sunday 21st November @8.30 to 11.30 Gatton Shire Hall
Last Monday of Term Classes 29th November held at the Gatton Shire Hall

Gatton;Dress Rehearsal Sunday 28th November Gatton Shire Hall
Concert Rehearsal Thursday 2nd Decemeber Gatton Shire hall

It would be appreciated to Please finalise all dance fees for Term three.
No classes on Monday 6th September in Esk.Fes will be adjusted for both class days missed.

FEE STRUCTURE (2010)
Class fee includes tuition fee and study levy fee.
Registration fee of $15 per year per student, non refundable, to be paid prior to attending any classes at the studio.
Termly fees are preferred and will receive the below discount if paid on or by the 3rd week of term.
$8.50 per 45 min class,$8 per half hour,$11 per hour,$4 per 15min class.Dancers rate $28 per wk,family rate $38 per week

Weekly fees or fees paid after the 3rd week of term are $9.50 per 45 min class,$9 per half hour $12 per hour ,$5 per 15min class,dancers rate $30 per wk,family rate $40 per wk.

Private Lessons Half hour tuition fee $15, if required extra for hall hire.
Concert extra rehearsals/extra classes /Viewing Performance $10 per student.
Starlite performance team class not included in rate fees an extra $10 per class.
Funk and Guest teachers workshops $10 to $15 per class.

MISSED LESSONS
Children who miss class due to family commitment or illness are welcome to attend a make up class at another time, however, no refund for classes missed will be offered.
Costume fee – end of year performance $15 per term 1, 2 & 3/per class/per student will be charged to you – any credit balance/amount owing will be adjusted in term 4
All fees are to be put in cane fee box and payment sheet to be filled out with invoice number stated.
