Here’s what you need to know for Term 4:

ASAP Pay all overdue fees
Letters will be sent out, at the beginning of Term 4,
to those students who have outstanding fees to pay.
To avoid receiving a letter, please pay all overdue fees immediately.
Late fees will be charged if fees are not paid.
Term 4 fees invoices distributed &
Estimate of your costume costs for 2010 concert distributed
Fri 8 Oct Costume Money due
Or organise a payment plan by this date

Sun 17 Oct VIEWING CONCERT!

Fri 22 Oct Term 4 Fees due
Fri 29 Oct Final invoices for costumes will be distributed
Fri 11 Nov All costume payments need to be paid
Mon 15 Nov to Wed 17 Nov Hand out costumes
No payment, no costume … sorry

NEW PAYMENTS SHEET
You may have noticed at the end of Term 3 that there is a new sheet to write up your payments. I will be putting some instructions inside the cover of the payments folder. Please refer to these instructions to see how to complete the payment sheet properly, if you are unsure.
