Dances will be run in class groups following the order of program.
Classes are now closed to a Viewing audience. Thank you for understanding and I am sure you will be delighted to see the finished & polished performance at the Concert.

For Sunday, we would ask that no-one is allowed to video the presentation as this will form part of the final video/DVD by Masterpiece.
Photos may be taken but NO FLASH photography as it will have impact on the video/DVD.
On the night of the concert there is no private videoing or flash photography, we have professionals to do the job.
Enjoy the concert and place your order for the DVD as a wonderful keepsake.
Professional Photo's are available in costumes throughout the day by "Masterpiece Photography" on Sunday at dress rehearsal.
Please book in with Dave & Nadiene for your still shots.
Dave will be taking concert performance moments of the night for students wanting these please make prior booking with “Masterpiece”.

Professional Photo's for the Concert program will be taken on Sunday.
3pm Trophy Presentations – Open to a viewing audience (performers to wear studio shirts)
No costumes will be given unless ALL dance & costume fees are paid up to date.
For the day to run smoothly please arrive 20 minutes prior to scheduled class times, to allow for costume hand out or preparation for photo shoot or rehearsal
Please be aware the costume collection time is set to a specific time and costumes can only be collected then.
Please be aware Hired costumes need to be returned the night of the concert to Miss Joann and Miss Shandell and marked off the list to avoid a replacement fee and lost items.Please wait in line until this is finalised.
All students are to arrive in dance tights,dance shoes, studio shirts, dance leggings/pants and hair to be done as follows:
Creative/Juniors: 2 pony tails just above ears hair to fall in front of ears no fringe. Hair to be well lacquered no fly aways.
Junior Ballet: 2 pony tails as above put into buns.
Intermediate/Senior/Dance Divas: front braid going along fringe starting on right side following over to left into side pony tail hair to be tied bottom ear lobe on left side. Behind fringe braid tease hair into quiff (volume).
GOOD GROOMING IS ESSENTIAL
