TERM 4 FEES & COSTUME ESTIMATES
Hi lovely dancers, parents & caregivers!
I’m Joann Sutton, one of the senior dancers at Gatton, and I am Miss Shandell’s Costume & Fee Co-ordinator. All questions regarding your fees and costumes can be directed to me. I can be contacted on 0407 552 961, or email adjosutton@bigpond.com. I would prefer email as I can discuss any questions more accurately when I’m at my computer.

teach and create!During the last week of Term 3 you will receive 2 invoices by email:
• Term 4 fees – these are due and payable by the end of the 3rd week of Term 4 (22/10/10).
It is preferred that fees are paid termly by direct deposit and this is most beneficial to you as you receive a discount!
• Estimate of your costume costs for the 2010 concert – these are due for payment at the end of the 1st week of Term 4 (08/10/10). If you cannot pay the entire invoice in full by the due date, you must contact me to discuss a payment plan.
Costumes will be handed out the week of 15 November 2010 and you will not receive your costume if you have not paid in full by 8 November 2010.
Miss Shandell has a new bank account for your costume deposits! Please see your invoice for details.
We have decided this year to estimate costume costs so that you don’t have a large cost near the end of the year approaching Christmas. Also, this helps for Miss Shandell to purchase the costumes needed, in advance, so that everyone will have their costumes a couple of weeks before the concert. This will decrease the stress in those weeks leading up to the concert.
Therefore, please note the following dates in your diaries!
ASAP Pay all overdue fees
Letters will be sent out, at the beginning of Term 4,
to those students who have outstanding fees to pay.
To avoid receiving a letter, please pay all overdue fees immediately.
Late fees will be charged if fees are not paid.

Fri 8 Oct Costume Money due
Or organise a payment plan by this date
Sun 17 Oct VIEWING CONCERT!
Fri 22 Oct Term 4 Fees due
Fri 29 Oct Final invoices for costumes will be distributed
Fri 11 Nov All costume payments need to be paid
Mon 15 Nov to Wed 17 Nov Hand out costumes
No payment, no costume … sorry
