Welcome back to another exciting year at Starlite Dancers. I hope that you all had a restful break and are raring to go again!!
My heartfelt well wishes go to all of those affected by the flooding here in our Lockyer Valley.
From everyone at Starlite Dancers I wish you a great year with us. If you have any concerns that need to be addressed, I encourage you to make a note in the parent's book located in the front foyer or by email and I will contact you as soon as I possibly can.

Classes are now closed to a viewing audience and the next allocated time for Parents & friends of the studio to view classes and students dance progress will be advised.

INVOICES AND NEWSLETTERS
Dance fees are due next week to receive the discounted rate.
Invoices and Newsletters will be emailed where possible. Your invoices will be sent out in the next week - please let Miss Shandell know if you do not receive your dance fee invoice. Sometimes invoices will go into your "spam" folder and so you will need to add Miss Shandell/Starlite Dancers/Joann Sutton as a trusted name.

FEE STRUCTURE (2011)
Class fee includes tuition fee and study levy fee.
Registration fee of $20 per year per student, non refundable, to be paid prior to attending any classes at the studio.
Termly fees are preferred and will receive the below discount if paid on or by the 3rd week of term.
$8.50 per 45 min class,$8 per half hour,$11 per hour,$4 per 15min class.Class Group Dancers rate $28 per wk,family rate $38 per week

Weekly fees or fees paid after the 3rd week of term are $9.50 per 45 min class,$9 per half hour $12 per hour ,$5 per 15min class,dancers rate $30 per wk,family rate $40 per wk.

Private Lessons Half hour tuition fee $15.
Concert extra rehearsals/extra classes /Viewing Performance $10 per student.
Starlite performance team class not included in rate fees an extra $10 per class.
Funk and Guest teachers workshops $10 to $15 per class.

MISSED LESSONS
Children who miss class due to family commitment or illness are welcome to attend a make up class at another time, however, no refund for classes missed will be offered.
Costume fee – end of year performance $20 per term non refundable for term 1, 2 & 3/per class/per student will be charged to you – any credit balance/amount owing will be adjusted in term 4
All fees are to be put in cane fee box and payment sheet to be filled out with invoice number stated.

Term 1 Dates – Monday 31st January – Friday 8th April 11 weeks
Term 2 Dates – Tuesday 26th April – Friday 24th June 9 weeks
Term 3 Dates – Monday 11th July – Friday 16th September 10 weeks
Term 4 Dates – Monday 3rd October – Saturday 10th December Concert 10 weeks
