As part of a way of "keeping fit" Miss Shandell is encourging Mum's to join her for a casual stroller walk around Lake apex @9am in the mornings Tuesday,Wednesday's and Thursday's.
Also Adult Dance class held on Wednesday's at 3.30 to 4.30 at Miss Shandell's &
Thursday's at Helidon Catholic Hall at 6.30 to 7.30pm
